CrossFit Strength and conditioning training
Formerly called CrossFit Jervis Bay, these immersive group classes retain the signature blend of strength and conditioning training. There’s never a dull moment as our CrossFit Instructors take you through a blend of weight training, gymnastics, cardio and high-intensity sessions.
If you love community, you’ll love these classes. Regardless of your experience or abilities, you’ll soon find yourself surrounded by friends cheering you on. It’s all about encouragement, not ego. There’s nothing more powerful than sweating and smiling together.
