We get it, this needs to be fun and engaging. Whether you have kids, pre-teens or teens, we’ve got your back!
There’s no chance for kids of any age to get bored here… With a healthy blend of bodyweight, gymnastics, cardio and age-appropriate load-bearing activities to stimulate the body and mind, these are sessions that they’ll always look forward to.
These classes are held during school term on Mondays & Wednesdays, after school. The class numbers are capped and they are popular so booking is essential.
