Zone 7 Lower impact Functional Fitness
The team at Evolve Fitness created these classes to offer lower impact functional fitness training without compromises. These guided classes allow you to develop your skills whilst enjoying a total body workout.
They’re convenient too! There are multiple class times each day for you to choose from and you can train at your own pace. Once the timer goes off, jump into one of the work stations and you’re off! It’s that easy! And you’ll be provided with a Myzone heart rate monitor so that you can see your stats on the screen in front of you! You can monitor your own fitness metrics or join the monthly member challenge (just a bit of fun!).
And rest assured, you’re never alone… There’s always one of our experienced team standing by in case you want to master a specific movement or discuss a rehabilitation and recovery program
